Following on from the kb article above. I have worked with other software providers that allow Administrators to be whitelisted from IP restrictions. If this is not on the product roadmap for Enterprise customers, please accept this post as a request to do so in the near future.
As an Admin, I may need to log into Zendesk quickly, if out-of-hours issues arise (either customer or platform-related). I may not always have access to a VPN-enabled device to do so.
Being able to whitelist specific users or roles to bypass the IP restrictions would be very helpful.
