IP Restriction whitelist - Zendesk Support

    #1) I also want the IP Restriction to be only apply to Zendesk, but not Help Center/Knowledge base.  We want to open help center to general public, but we do not want agent/customer to login to Zendesk ticketing system.


    #2) We also want IP restriction by organization.  We don't want providers (belong to an organization) to access Zendesk.

    We would also like to have administrators whitelisted from IP restrictions.
