    Hey, Huy! 

    Welcome to the Zendesk Community. Since Talk is not a standalone product, all of your Talk agents will need Agent seats on support. But then you are able to just upgrade those 3 people to add talk for those individuals. 

    For more detailed info, you should reach out to your Account Executive - they'll be able to get into specifics for you. That being said, we look forward to seeing you around the community when you have questions!
