    Hi there!

    I'm sorry your customers are having trouble logging in...can you give some additional detail about what's happening when they try? Are they getting some kind of error message?

    Hi Jessie, 

    I am facing the problem too.

    It takes a long  time for our clients to visit Zendesk.

    Sometimes it is extremely slow to load Zendesk page, even result in white screen.

    Do you have data center in China, which can improve this situation?
