The company I work for uses Dynamics AX for our sales/customer solutions team. I have contacted Zendesk about an app or a plug in for this system to make it easier to find the customers order history alongside their Zendesk history. The agent I spoke to (Patrick) was extremely helpful and suggested:
It does look promising but it is an outside party. I was wondering if anyone else has used this and what have your results been.
I was also hoping to implore Zendesk to create an app for AX of there own!!
