Is there currently a way to bulk edit multiple tickets in ZenDesk as a light agent?
From what I have tested, any form of Macros with a custom trigger will give you an error of "you do not have access to edit this ticket". By bulk edit, I mean selecting multiple open tickets and clicking
"edit x ticket(s)". This is probably because light agents can not edit or input any text using the bulk edit. There is also no option to really CC the current user. Is there a way around this such as using a tag to cc a user so they can edit the ticket or any other methods?
