Linked Tickets - Can you create linked tickets through macros, triggers or automations?

    You could build an app that accompishes this, but I don't know of any that does this particular operation out of the box in the marketplace.

    This needs to be a built-in function, really. Very useful to spin Child ticket on many occasions. And if you do this often enough being able to fave some fields populated for you is very VERY useful.

     

    Can we make this a feature request, please?
