Not sure if I found a bug or just have a really unique use case.
I'm configuring an enterprise account and there is a requirement to have agent signatures that specify their role. Easy enough - I've created the custom agent roles (eg. Customer Support Agent, Sales Agent, Customer Support Manager, etc).
Now in Settings > Agents > Signature I have the following:
Instead of the agent.role showing the custom agent roles, it's displaying the default Zendesk roles (agent, admin). Is there a way I can get my custom role names to show instead?
I know this can be done by setting the signature at the agent level - but I'd like to configure via Zendesk settings to ensure consistency among the team.
