Syncing Zendesk Ticket Status to JIRA

    Unfortunately, there isn't any sort of functionality in place with the Zendesk for Jira integration which updates a Jira issue status after a Zendesk Ticket status is updated. If you would like this feature, you can certainly post this request and share more about your use-case here:

    As an alternative, you could create a custom field in Jira that stores a Zendesk ticket status, if you want, but that would be the closest you could get for this need.
