    Hi Colin! Welcome to the Community!

    I'm not familiar with the Office 365 integration, but offhand it sounds like the app restrictions are set up in such a way that makes it so you can only access it in admin mode. I'd recommend checking on those as a first step. Then let me know if you need anything else!
