In this article, Graeme gives suggestions on using liquid to reply to customers with a different message depending on the day. I'm trying to do something similar, but since I'm not as familiar with liquid mark up, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I have triggers set up to go to specific people if a message is received as a specific email address. This is working fine, but on the weekend, the message needs to go into a general pool so we can catch any urgent issues.
It doesn't work to use the business hours condition in a trigger because this only needs to happen after Fridays at 4:30pm and until 4:30pm on Sunday.
