Bulk Deleting Users: "A problem was encountered. No users were deleted."

    Hi Amy,


    This error is usually the result of the users you are trying to delete having tickets that are less than closed.  

    If that's the case, the easiest way to close these tickets would be to create a trigger that will close the ticket when a specific tag is present.  You can then bulk update those tickets with that specific tag so they are closed immediately.  You can then bulk delete the users.  For more information on bulk updating tickets, check out our resource Managing tickets in bulk.
