    Hello Lenny!

You can deactivate one of the triggers.

    Admin > Business-Rules > Triggers > Choose „Notify group of assignment“ > Click deactivate.

Now you will get only one mail for every new request.

You also can edit one of the other triggers but please be carefull because if you deactivate or change something here, it can unsettling your workflow.
If you are unsure about something, do not hesistate to ask.

You can find more informations here: About the Support default triggers

Please note: It is currently not possible to disable notification triggers on the Essential Plan.
If you are in the same situation, feel free to share your feedback on the Product Feedback section of the community.

Please let us know, if you have a new questions.

    Best Regards,
    Nils

Thanks for that, I'm on the essential plan and it let me delete triggers. You mean it doesn't let me edit them?

    Cheers,

    Lenny

    Hi Lenny,

I'm afraid that Essential Plan doesn't allow for custom business rules.

You can check what Essential Plan's feature from this link: https://www.zendesk.com/support/compare/#compare

    Cheers!
