    Hi Tubarão!

    I read over the issue that you are describing, and it sounds like there is something either within your macros or triggers that is causing the behavior that you described and not the Android app. I suggest checking the conditions of the triggers that you are using to send out the notifications.

    If the behavior continues, I suggest submitting a ticket with our Support team (support@zendesk.com) with ticket examples so that we can better assess what is causing the ticket to close.
