Hello guys, I'm using Android 6.0.1 and Zendesk app 1.4.2.
My problem is, when I reply tickets with MACRO, my customers don't receive the reply, I've lost more than 40 tickets this last 2 days (Yesterday was holliday in Brazil so I thought everybody was being replied but no lol, I'm almost in tears opening everybody then replying again.
So, explaining, he only accept answers write using keyboard (Then he send to customer) but when I select macro I receive this message but he closes the ticket anyway:
(The message is in portuguese but means "No text comment without formatting disponible")
After this, the ticket looks like this:
No reply but closed.
What I'm doing wrong using the android app?
