We just switched to Zendesk Talk at the end of October. We are finding that the inability to blind transfer is a big sticking point for us. We are a call center, but work with vendors as well. It is critical to our business to be able to transfer calls without tying up two agents, and hoping for zero calls in the queue.
We tried the priority calling feature and it did not perform well in testing - each time we used the feature, the call being transferred would up 3rd in line behind two new queue calls for the agent. This is problematic in that a call may take 5-30 minutes depending on the level of difficulty related to the customer request.
PLEASE MAKE BLIND TRANSFER AN OPTION???? PRETTY PLEASE????
