How to alert agents when a ticket's customer satisfaction is changed from bad to good?

    Hi Brad,

     

    Would something like the trigger below work for you? Anytime a ticket is updated and the current rating is one of the two Bad types and they're changed, you could do a thing. This would also catch Good -> Good with Comment changes as well.

    Sorry for taking so long to respond. I was not able to get this to work successfully. I was only able to do by using custom tags.
