I am setting up GA for our Help Center and enabled tracking, but it does not seem to work. I tried three different methods and none seem to work. Here is an example of the end of our URL "/hc/en-us/search?utf8=✓&query=help".
In GA, in the query parameter, I've tried:
Every search term is returning the Check Box as what was searched.
Using "query" and "utf8" in the Query parameter setting in GA has also not worked.
Any ideas on what will?
