Show correct ticket count

    Hi Sebastian!

    Thank you for your post. At this time elements of the agent interface are not editable, so sadly these items cannot be changed at this time. Our Product Feedback community is a good place to post feedback regarding the design and functionality of Zendesk.

    A possible solution for the Views would be to create several views to further subdivide tickets, this will allow smaller numbers to be shown.

    As far as the timestamp of creation, you can find this by visiting a tickets JSON view with the API; {{subdomain}}.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets/{{ticket.id}} .
