    Hi Alex,

    I get the same result as you from the marketplace - there must be a bug here.

    What seems to work for me is if I open the marketplace from within Zendesk Support - there's no link for this, but if you add /agent/admin/apps to your zendesk domain you should see it, search and install the app.
