Is there any way to tell how long an agent has been offline/unavailable?

    Hey Mykesha,

    If you go to your Talk Dashboard, you can see each agent's total time in wrap-up mode...is that what you're looking for? Or do you want to see the amount of time they've actually been logged out of Talk?

    If possible, I would lio see the actually time their status was set to " unavailable"? Meaning the time they were not accepting calls.

    Unfortunately Jessie is correct. There isn't a way to track how long an Agent has been unavailable or offline. You can view the online time and available time for an individual agent through the dashboard or API.
