How can I use Flow Builder for my Zendesk chat?

    Hey John and Trần,

    Can you confirm that you've enabled Agent Workspaces on your account? You'll need to enable this before you can use Flow Builder. More information on how to enable this herE: Enabling and disabling the Zendesk Agent Workspace

    Brett Bowser this does seem to be a bug or a provisioning issue, as we are experiencing this as well.  I'm going to extract the API settings and see if I can expose anything.  Will follow-up.

    Brett Bowser John Mayfield it appears the instructions just aren't super clear on what the next step is after activating the Agent Workspace. "Channels" refers to the section within the Zendesk Admin Center.

    1. Click the link below and replace {{subdomain}} with your Zendesk subdomain.
      https://{{subdomain}}.zendesk.com/admin/channels/messaging/getting_started

    2. Click "Messaging setup"

    3. Tick "Enable messaging for your account"

    4. Press "Save"

    5. Flow builder will now show as an option within the Admin panel.
