We need a way to report on custom numeric ticket fields in the Rows or Columns, and not just the Metrics section. 8+ years ago someone at my company set up a field as a numeric field, which we've been able to report on in Insights to have the value of that field reported, but this is not available in Explore. Adding it in Metrics is not working, as we need the actual value of that field on the report, and not a sum, median, etc.
This field is extremely important to us to report on for our relationship managers. Not being available creates more work for us instead of less, which is a little upsetting.
