Evaluation of our contact reasons
AnsweredHello all,
I need your help regarding the evaluation of our contact reasons in Explore.
We have designed our contact reasons in a ticket form as a ticket field. We use the conditions function in the ticket form. Depending on the selection, other contact reasons appear. Now we are trying to evaluate them in Explore, but we get an error message when we want to display the ticket ID on a lower level.
How did we create this query? I will try to explain this with a neutral example.
The agent selects
1. ticket form (e.g. product)
2. then he selects the product group
3. then selects the type of product (product abc)
4. then he selects the problem of this product (does not work)
5. then he can describe the problem in more detail (cannot be switched on).
We have combined all these different levels into one query. If I now want to display the TicketID in this querie using Decompose, I get the following error message: No Data available. Check your filters and calculations.
However, if I now call up the individual ticket fields in a query, e.g. Product ABC, I get the ticket IDs. Only if I combine them in one view and process all levels in one query does it not work.
What are we doing wrong or does anyone know a solution?
I hope I haven't expressed myself too incomprehensibly and that someone can help me.
Best, Sven

Hi Sven,
I've had a closer look into this particular error that you've run into and based on what you've set up in the query; I suspect it might in fact to be related to a known issue our Explore team is currently aware of and already working to resolve. The issue currently arises when you try and Focus or Decompose any metric results where the attribute contains a NULL result and will return the error "No data available. Check your filters and calculations".
Thankfully we are soon to release a new Drill-in feature within Explore which we're aiming to release by the end of March 2021 that should help resolve this issue.
If you still had any further questions or concerns please feel free to let us know!
Best regards,
Nhia Lor.
