Billing - New license annually vs additional monthly

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you for posting within the Zendesk Community!

    Once you choose to set up your billing cycle with either annual / monthly billing you are locked into that timeframe until the next billing cycle begins. If you've chosen an annual billing cycle, the changes to your subscription payment will not take affect until however many months are left on your current cycle.
