It would be really handy if we could get some better ticket form management. Right now I have to click into every single ticket form individually to align it to a brand, or re-align over time etc. It's very time consuming to do this.
It would be great if you could bulk select ticket forms, and then be able to either Apply all brands across the selected forms, or select which specific brands the selected forms need to be applied too.
I've got Zendesk Customers who have multiple form's for various reasons 10+.
