Only the first value of the special field ticket
Hi everyone. How to set up a report in explore, in which to display: the ticket ID, the tag of the special ticket field at the first (!) Execution and the ticket flag "one-touch solved" or not? Confused about metrics. I could only find a display of the previous values of the special field, but only the first is needed. Please, help.

Have you tried adding attributes "Ticket Tags" then filter it by the tag/s of that special ticket?

Yes, I did that. But if there is more than 1 change in the ticket, then the tags are displayed in alphabetical order. And it is necessary in the historical - which of them was the first, the second, etc.
