Some agents get chat notifications while others don't and there is a big delay between times each agent gets a notification. All settings including Chrome settings have been checked for each agent to allow notifications. It also happens when we test if someone comes in on incognito mode (some agents get the notification, others don't). Multiple refresh still does not show a chat is live and waiting. Agents all use laptops and access Zopim via the website. This seems to be getting worse. Have done testing to see if we can work out the issue but cannot. Can you advise?
