I created a Trigger to post an internal note and add a certain follower to the ticket when a client with a significant past-due invoice balance reaches out.
Since the trigger was created, I've noticed that these tickets always get assigned to me. I guess it's because I created the Trigger. Is there any way to post the internal note and add the follower without the ticket automatically getting assigned to me? or have it randomly assigned to other users?
