It would be great if side conversation replies appeared chronologically within the context of the ticket. To explain in better detail:
If I have an open ticket today and I start a side conversation with a colleague, the location of the side conversation box on my ticket will remain static. I can send to and receive multiple replies from my customer, which appear as a chronological thread of conversation, however, when someone replies to my side conversation it will always update in the side conversation box lower down the page (albeit with the little blue dot).
What we would like is for the latest timestamped activity on the side conversation to determine where on the ticket thread the side conversation box appears, so it would move up the thread over time and then stop wherever the last activity is.*
*Thinking ahead, in an ideal world it would therefore be helpful to have anchored markers where side conversation activity has occurred, i.e. [side conversation opened] or [side conversation reply]
