    Hi Rafel, 

    We do have a closed beta that enables Flow Builder for social channels. You can sign up to the EAP to test out Answer Bot on Whatsapp and Facebook messenger

    I signed up for the Answer Bot on social messaging EAP, and it was enabled, but I still see only e-mail on the options. Is that correct? Do I need to do anything else to enable it completely?
