Sometimes (as an admin), I have to create a series of webinar articles with the same classification settings and article body format. I don't want to go thru the Knowledge Capture app. I am not acting as an agent where I need to track my article activities. What would be helpful to me is to have a copy option in the Menu that allows me to copy the formatted article I have open to a new article.
At some point, do you think you can give us a COPY option on the menu? It would make creating several similar articles alot easier to do.
