Every time I turn on the Call function it seems to disconnect my Audio every few minutes. I tried different Browsers and it is still happening.
Yesterday I had the issue that after every Call I had to reload Zendesk twice. Why ?
After clicking "Available to take new Call" it would just stay on that away state. Then after the first reload the phone Icon was gone completely but the Hotline was still on. And after the second reload everything was fine again (until after the next call)
