Currently, I'm trying to build up a dashboard for a daily monitoring mechanism. This backlog recorded dataset is exactly what I need, however, I found out there is no way to filter or use any ticket relevant information here. then I'm wondering if there is another workaround that allows me to pull out the ticket status on a specific date. In order to monitor the ticket with a specific tag that solves it on time every day.
