I received a notice from the staff that zendesk chat does not have notifications on some of the messages. It mostly happens with ios chrome and safari customers.
(My agent is using an iphone 8 plus to install zendesk chat.)
But for the android system, there is no notification problem.
I tried some answers and found that background app refresh must be enabled, but I couldn't find the zendesk chat in the list.
We have adjusted the notification settings for both the mobile system and the app, but this is not a fix yet.
The problem is with all mobile phones with ios system.
I had a question with support via live chat and create ticket but haven't gotten a good solution.
Can someone help me with this problem?
