Use Chat Messaging Web SDK without Answer Bot

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for your inquiry! I do see that you have also opened a ticket with us which I have also responded to. But for your reference, as the Web SDK from Messaging activates the flow builder, which is a tool that lets you to click-to-configure Answer Bot, there is no way at the moment to enable Messaging without this feature, as it is the main difference of using Messaging from the previous Chat Widget.

    However, I would recommend also checking some advanced customization options for the widget as it may help you out. More information on this on my reply to you on your ticket.
