    Hi Ninna,

    At this time, there is no option to configure the default message displayed by the Answer Bot when the user opens the widget. Sorry about this. But, we appreciate your feedback here, and your input will be aggregated as a part of our Voice of the Customer program that provides customer feedback to our product development teams. I hope that this flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning in the future.

    About your other concern on article suggestion, I did a quick test with your widget and I wasn't able to reproduce the bahavior that you described. I will be creating a ticket from this so that we can investigate further, and investigate further.
