    Hello Ian Herrick,

    You can find all the ways you can contact our Advocacy team in this detailed article. But for your current needs, I would recommend creating a ticket by clicking the Get Help button in the lower right corner.

    You can also try to use the Zendesk Chat via support.

    Clicking "Get Help" only brings me to a chat bot.  No matter what I type in, there is no option to contact anyone, just an endless loop of bot.  "Did this answer your question?" "No" "OK, type in your question" over and over and over.

    There's another chat help you can get from the Zendesk Support page itself. 
    1. Click the icon on top
    2. Click "Help"

    3. Then "Get Help"
    4. Then choose what type of support you need from the selection.

    You know, for a support tool, your own support is simply the worst. Your "Get help" button is simply a bot that won't end no matter what I type in, and there is not any straight-forward way to submit a ticket. I really just wonder what kind of support tool you guys are. 😡

    I'm really sorry you are not finding the solution you need in the community. I get that it can be really irritating to try and contact a real person and only have a bot not give you the answer you were looking for. If you need to reach out to one of our specialists for help, I recommend submitting a ticket. 

    If you are signed in to the Zendesk Help Center, you will see the option to Get in touch after interacting with Answer Bot. This will allow you to submit a ticket if you couldn't find what you were looking for via Answer Bot. Let us know if this help and if I can do anything else to assist you.

    Hey Fred Sandoval, it looks like you found this already, but in case anyone else is wondering, in order to access live chat with our support team, you'll need to use the help options from within your account, not the Get Help tab in our Help Center, so use Option 1 here: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
