Agents Losing Rights and Permissions

    Hello, 

    If you were an admin before and you could use talk, and after the update happened, you lost the ability to use talk, then you need to change the agent to Team Lead. 

    That happened to me a little bit ago. Zendesk mentioned the update was a few months ago, but it didn't affect me until recently.

    My permissions were recently automatically downgraded from guide admin to light agent (not by my admin). This has happened numerous times before where I needed my admin to reinstate my permissions.

    I cannot detect what might be causing this behavior from my side. It seems Zendesk is just automatically kicking me out.
