Recently we had an instance where an agent lost their roles and permissions. The agent had lost access to Talk entirely and also group assignments. This happened at least twice, most recently after an update in April.
Fast forward to this morning and I, one of the principal admins have lost all rights to even enable Talk (top right) and my admin rights are revoked to an "out of the box" type agent.
This has occurred to two users now and disrupted our phone coverage this morning, so it's reasonably serious.
Am I missing anything obvious here? This appears to have occurred automatically on both occasions. Thanks in advance.
