Hi Everyone, long time listener, first time caller.
Our company had a Talk outage this morning for about an hour or so, inbound calls received a busy/engaged call for about an hour and a half. The issue resolved itself without any changes as I was not able to diagnose what the issue was. As we use Talk heavily I have been asked to investigate so as to prevent this happening again.
I am relatively new to Zendesk , could anyone suggest how to best find out what caused this issue?
