    Hey Andrew Radici -

    Sorry to hear you were having difficulty.  Assuming it had nothing to do with a number porting effort (which I mention as you say you are relatively new to ZD), outages like this are always tracked at http://status.zendesk.com.

    Outages like this are exceptionally rare and usually resolved pretty quick.  Hope this helps.
