Currently our agents are required to hit "Sign in" twice when logging into ZenDesk and I don't believe this is expected behavior. When they do Google Sign In from the Guide, they have to do 3 "Sign In" clicks through google OAuth, and then they're redirected to Zendesk home page, instead of our Guide page (wherever they attempted to sign in from).
Just trying to improve this workflow issue we're experiencing. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
