Background: Now I use Ticket Dataset to generate a report about Customer CSAT data. I placed Ticket Update - Date in the Row. I noticed that a ticket was rated in Nov. and when I did the monthly report of Nov., I have counted it in, but recently, it also appeared in the Customer CSAT data of Dec. and disappeared from that of Nov, for it was updated (closed) in Dec., which is not what I want.
I talked to support, and he suggested me create a customized attribute, as below:
but with the attribute, I have the following questions,
1. There is no data range setting, so I cannot filter data based on a time date range.
2. I duplicated the metrics about customer satisfaction from Ticket Dataset to Ticket Update Dataset, but it seems to not work, the data is wrong.
How can I solve the issue?
