My boss has discovered an issue where he sent an email to a specific contact, and while the email showed up on that person's page, the wrong name is displayed.
I know this is confusing to try and explain, so I attached a screenshot that I hope will show what I mean.
The incorrect name IS in the system as a contact, but she does NOT share the same email address with the correct recipient. Also clicking on the "To: Michelle" blue link here directs to Marilyn's page.
Is this a known issue? Does it affect the actual delivery of the email in any way?
