Add article link to viewed info
At the moment, and I'm not sure if this is because the user was not logged in or not, we can only see that they viewed a HC article - not which one or any other info related to it.
We'd need to see:
- article viewed (a link would be preferable)
- how long they spent on the article
- an overview of the user's most viewed article/s
- how they arrived at that article
- any search terms they entered before viewing the article
Thanks.

Hey Lisa,
Thank you for your feedback!
We're working on including more information into the "article viewed" events right now and will be available in the Interactions panel within the next few months. In the meantime, the Guide Events side bar app will provide the article title and link.
Search terms entered in Help Center can be seen by enabling the "help center searched" event in Admin Center. You can enable more events by following the steps on this page.
Thanks,
Tim

Hey Tim,
You're welcome!
Is the 'side bar app' different to the panel image I attached above? I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean.
Thanks. I realised that after submitting the feedback - have now enabled more events.
Also, is it possible to report on the events in Explore or elsewhere? Or can they only be viewed in the customer context tab at the moment? Our data team are keen to report on these!
Thanks again,

Hey Lisa
Yes, the "Guide Events" Side bar app is different to the panel you've referred to; more information can be found in this article. While we expand the functionality in the Interactions panel you're referring to, the Guide Events app provides an easy experience to view user interactions with Guide.
A lot of information from Guide is now flowing through to Explore, please have a look at this announcement for more information! Would be great to hear if it meets your needs or if you and team have additional requirements for consideration.
Thanks
Tim

Hey Tim,
Got it - thanks!
Just commented on the announcement as we'd like to see Sunshine events at an aggregated level which doesn't appear to be possible yet.
Thanks,
Lisa
