    Thanks for your replying.

    The issue is still occurring,but it doesn't influence every customer.

    Our customers did'nt receive any notice about error,just no response.

    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for the additional detail. Have any of the users in question found success when they try any (or a combination) of the following:

    -Clearing their cache/cookies
    -Testing with a different browser
    -Using a private browsing or incognito window

    Also, is your Help Center host-mapped?
