    Christopher, on the satisfaction tab of the default dashboard there is a report by public replies. If you take a look at that report you will see that the WHAT needs to be something like this:

    SELECT  % Solved Tickets WHERE (SELECT  # Replies BY  Ticket Id) BETWEEN 1 AND 3
