Insights Reporting: #Solved Tickets by #Public Comments

I'm doing a deep dive into Insights trying to get a slice of data.

I want to look at the slice of Solved Tickets accomplished with between 1 and 3 Public Comments

I can build a report like with #Solved Tickets as the first metric WHAT but can't select #Public Comment for the attribute HOW

    Christopher, on the satisfaction tab of the default dashboard there is a report by public replies. If you take a look at that report you will see that the WHAT needs to be something like this:

    SELECT  % Solved Tickets WHERE (SELECT  # Replies BY  Ticket Id) BETWEEN 1 AND 3
