    We are currently using markdown like ** for bold. I don't see a check box for enable modern templates under channels, email, templates. But I noticed in your link that he was only using one # at the front and not # example # with one at the back. The markdown how too was very confusing to me it says use a # at front and back of text. So that is probably it. I'll try it. Thanks,
