Font size in ticket comments
AnsweredI have seen in one of our agents tickets that we can change the font size in a ticket comment but he didn't remember how to do it and he is not here so we can remember what ticket it was to go look at it again but I did at the time do show all events but couldn't see how he did it and he didn't remember either. I checked here but nothing seemed to relate to it. So how did you do it? If its the # Header text option it does not show any change when I click preview. https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203691016-Formatting-text-with-Markdown

Is your markdown enabled?

We are currently using markdown like ** for bold. I don't see a check box for enable modern templates under channels, email, templates. But I noticed in your link that he was only using one # at the front and not # example # with one at the back. The markdown how too was very confusing to me it says use a # at front and back of text. So that is probably it. I'll try it. Thanks,
