I have seen in one of our agents tickets that we can change the font size in a ticket comment but he didn't remember how to do it and he is not here so we can remember what ticket it was to go look at it again but I did at the time do show all events but couldn't see how he did it and he didn't remember either. I checked here but nothing seemed to relate to it. So how did you do it?
