    Nicole, i dont see this feature and i have confirmed that Ad posts do not come in

    Hi Tom -

    You should be all set. You've got "comments on a post create new tickets" selected, and the Facebook ads comments are on by default on all accounts for all users; there's nothing else you need to do. It should be working.

    If you're not seeing the ads comments come in, you should submit a ticket to support@zendesk.com as it will likely require some troubleshooting support specific to your account.

    Thanks Nicole. So a ticket will be submitted as we didn't change anything on that screen. I have always had those options selected.  Appreciate the quick reply.

    Is this why we now get over 100 new tickets created every time we launch a new ad in Facebook Ads Manager? Here's our Facebook settings in Zendesk

    Mike, yes, I would suspect that this new feature is the culprit for your increased ticket activity. Sounds like you get a good response to your ads!
