We would like to use the user's IP address to determine his location in order to set up a tag, or User Country and to better assign each ticket to its specific view.
We reckon it will be also useful to make reports based on customer's location.
At the moment, we can only create a trigger based on the requester's language (British English or English) but we cannot differentiate Irish, Canadian and US tickets using this trigger.
