The ability to Follow an article or section is great, but it only notifies followers if a comment is made. It sure would be nice if you could ask to be notified if an article is updated.
Also It would be very nice if we were able to allow some or all of our customers to follow an article or a section automatically without them having to log on to Zendesk themselves, go to the article or section, and click Follow by themselves. For example, we have an Announcements section and it would be great if we could arrange things so that every customer would be notified whenever there was a new article published in there.
