Is there a way with Zendesk to "protect" the forum and tickets so only a specific set of users can access/see it?

I have been trying out the trial, as a way to support internal users on our tools. But, I'm wondering if I can protect our knowledge base from the general population? thanks in advance!

    Hi Ann,

    I realize this might be a pointless answer now (or maybe not, if you're signed up for Zendesk anyway) but yes, it is possible to do this restriction. Let me know if you need more help with it.

    @Ann , Chirag is correct. You can restrict by user on the category level.
